My first exhibition was in 1987, where I sold various figurative paintings and pastels. I then moved to the Sierra in Spain, where I made the leap to express in a more abstract way. After having my children, I started teaching Art and Design to adults in 1997. I gained a Master of Arts in 2002. For the last twenty years of my teaching career, I happily co-ran a Diploma in Foundation Studies in Art and Design until I retired in 2023.
